The Air 8 is a sturdy and secure safe made with 12 gauge material. It exceeds industry standards and has a 2 inch thick door with steel thresholds, bullet hinges, and grease fittings. The jamb also has tabs with pre-drilled holes for easy installation. Our product has energy-efficient features and comes with a tempered glass that is 5/8" thick. The glass is designed with two panes and dual sealing which helps in reducing air and heat leakage. The frames have Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping installed in them that work to regulate hot and cold temperatures. A door sweep is also included to seal gaps at the bottom of the door to prevent the infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke or fire.
